Workout: Plyometric intensive vertical jump workout was on the plate today. This is the second time I have done this particular workout, and I strived to do each exercise with more explosiveness and intensity than the last time. I really like this workout, although it is tough, especially as I reach the end of it. It really requires you to dig deep and constantly focus on bringing the highest level of intensity for each and every repitition.
Weightlifting: Shoulders.
Eating/Nutrition: Good, have some chicken on the grill as we speak!
Recovery: Slept my 8 full hours, trying to get into the habit of going to bed earlier and waking up earlier, which has always been something I struggle to do.
Asleep time: 2 A.M.
Notes/Observations: Tomorrow is back to weightlifting for the legs, as well as some sprints uphill I believe, need to rest up so I can bring full intensity to these challenging vertical jump workouts.
