Previous nights sleep: 8 hours
Wake time: 12 P.M.
Morning weight: 208.2 lbs
Full squat max (ATG): Hit 185, Missed 200
Workout: Uphill sprints!  My neighbors have a perfect paved uphill driveway for this, it is very long and a perfect incline.  These were tough for me, I gave them 100% effort, although admittedly my cardio conditioning is not at its peak, and therefore the last couple sprints were very tough as I was extremely winded.
Weightlifting: Similar routine to last monday, I made one notable mistake while lifting. My squats called for 80% of my day's max, but I accidently loaded up 10 lbs extra through a miscalculation.  I noticed this on my second or third set, and put the weight down to the right amount.  I still hit the necessary reps though, so I see no harm caused by this mistake.
Eating/Nutrition:  Still going good here, drinking lots of water and eating lots of food, I slowly gaining a slight amount of weight, which is what I am going for.
Recovery: 8 hours of sleep and stretched before bed, I need to get more flexible so stretching is one area I am going to really focus on hitting every single night.
Asleep time: 3 A.M.  (BLAH! I was hoping not to do this but I have problems with keep a strict sleep schedule, I need to correct this, even though I am still getting 8 hours of sleep every night)
Notes/Observations: Today went more smoothly than my first monday workout, I am getting into the routine, and some of the exercises that were tough on the first time through were a little easier this time.  Hopefully that trend continues.
