Price: $97

Overall Score- 8.5

Results/Effectiveness: 8.5- Serious Ups is a good vertical jump program that a lot of users experience a lot of success with. However, the trend seems to be that those with vertical leaps which were already above average did not obtain the gains that those with smaller vertical leaps did.

Amount of Content: 9.5- There is a lot of content in this ebook, perhaps why they chose the price they did. You will learn a lot about the various aspects of vertical jumping by reading through this entire program.

Quality of Content: 9- There are better programs out there as far as quality of content goes, but overall we were pretty impressed.

Workouts/Exercises: 9- One problem we had with this program was that it seemed to just be a remake of certain other programs. With that being said if you follow the program, like others, you will see gains.

Customizable: 9- Serious Ups does an okay job of allowing its users to customize the program to fit their specific needs.

Flexibility: 9- Most people will have no problem with the flexibility of this program as far as fitting in the workouts goes.

Guarantees: 10- This program offers the standard two month trial phase like most other programs do, and even offers an additional third month. Good to know if you don't like what you receive or don't see the vertical jump gains your were hoping for.

Customer Service: 9- Not a bad customer service system set up, quick and good responses followed our inquiries about their program.

Affordability: 6- Serious Ups almost costs $100, which makes it one of the more expensive vertical leap programs on the market today.

Value: 6- Although many users see great gains through the use of Serious Ups, in the end you would probably be better off spending your $100 on a different program that will be more likely to give you the results you are looking for.

Results/Effectiveness: 8.5- Athletic Advantage is no doubt a solid vertical jump program that has produced results for athletes around the world. This is a great program for anyone who is new to vertical jump workouts, looking to gain inches on their vertical leap for the first time.

Amount of Content: 9- There is quite a bit of information in this program to get you acquainted with vertical leap enhancement, great for beginners.

Quality of Content: 8- Although it isn't the most earth shattering information released, (see Jump Manual, Vertical Project) Athletic Advantage is full of solid information to help you start on your goal of increasing vertical jump.

Workouts/Exercises: 7- The way I would describe the excercises in this program is "the basics". However, before you run you must first crawl and then walk. This is a great place to start.

Customizable: 9- Athletic Advantage does a good job of helping you format the program to best suit your vertical jumping needs.

Flexibility: 8- The program is run on a pretty strict schedule, but at the same time it isn't the most tedious or rediculously impossible workout. Most users will be just fine.

Guarantees: 10- Here is one of the coolest things about the program. There is a 180 day trial period where if you are not happy with it for whatever reason you can receive a 100% refund. This is one of the best guarantees we have seen to date.

Customer Service: 9- If you have problems with anything after purchase just shoot the publishers an email, they will be happy to assist you in your needs, whatever they may be.

Affordability: 8- $47 isn't the cheapest price for a program of its caliber, but at the same time its not the worst.

Value: 8.5- Overall we confidently state that Athletic Advantage is a great value to any beginner looking to starting into a workout program to increase vertical jump.

Overall Score- 8.5

Results/Effectiveness: 7.5- There were some mixed reviews among athletes who had personally used the Vertical Explosion Training Program. Although many saw great gains on their vertical jump, others had very little success at all.

Amount of Content: 8- This isn't one of those programs that is just pages after pages of pointless material. It is very to the point, giving you the essentials of what you need to know to increase your vertical leap.

Quality of Content: 8.5- The content of the Vertical Explosion Training Program is pretty good, which makes us wonder where the mixed results among users comes from.

Workouts/Exercises: 8- There is a decent variety of workouts and exercises laid out within this program that allows users to experience a variety of different vertical workouts.

Customizable: 9- Vertical Explosion does a good job of making sure that its users get the most geared to their personal preferences workout possible.

Flexibility: 9- Most athletes will have no problem completing the workouts in their daily lives.

Guarantees: 10- Vertical Explosion's creator offers an 8 week 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't like the program you can return it for a full refund as long as you are still within that time frame.

Customer Service: 8- We have definitely seen better customer service from other programs, responses were not the quickest we have seen and the answers seemed very generalized with minimal personal touch added to them.

Affordability: 9- Anything under $40 is pretty affordable, and at $37 the Vertical Explosion Training Program falls directly under this category.

Value: 8- All in all, considering the low price and good results among a decent sized portion of the athletes who responded to us, we think that this program is an okay value. However, if your going to spend the money, you might want to at least consider some of your other options, as you might find a program that will work better for about the same amount.

Price: $24.95

Overall Score- 8

Results/Effectiveness: 8- Users generally see a pretty good amount of inches added to their vertical leap upon completion of the vertical jump program.

Amount of Content: 7- There isn't a whole lot of content here, a program and the basic information about it as well as vertical jumping basics that you need to succeed in your vertical jump workouts.

Quality of Content: 9- We were really suprised with the quality of the content in Get Max Vertical, even though there isn't the most, especially considering that the program is so affordable.

Workouts/Exercises: 7- Nothing new here, no secrets, just the core exercises of vertical jump workouts put into an effective routine to help you succeed in your vertical goals.

Customizable: 6- Get Max Vertical doesn't offer many ways for you to customize the program to your own specific wants and needs. That doesn't mean that you can't make your own customizations.

Flexibility: 6- You pretty much have to follow the program to a T, but atleast there shouldn't be any problems with scheduling.

Guarantees: 9- Don't like the program? Don't worry, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Customer Service: 8- The customer service was acceptable, but nothing to make us say wow.

Affordability: 10- This is by far the largest upside of the program. If you have never tried a vertical jump program before, this could be a very good place to start because even if you do not like it, you still only spent $25. Or you could always get your money refunded.

Value: 10- Considering all of the factors, for the mere $25 purchase price, Get Max Vertical is a fantastic value and we recommend it to anyone looking for a place to start in their vertical jump training who doesn't want to spend 3-4x the money for a higher end program.

Price: The Science of Jumping costs $29.99 and Strength Training for Jumpers costs $19.99

Overall Score- 7.7

Results/Effectiveness: 7- The Science of Jumping vertical jump training program has been around for quite a while, and it still remains a good way to increase vertical leap. It is an especially good program for athletes who still need to improve their overall strength before they focus specifically on increasing their vertical jump.

Amount of Content: 8- There is a lot of content here, especially if you go ahead and purchase the video package instead of just the book.

Quality of Content: 9- Its called The Science of Jumping for a reason, it was one of the very first programs to take a professional level approach to breaking down the science that lies inside the human body and use that to specifically enhance vertical leap.

Workouts/Exercises: 7.5- The Science of Jumping focuses specifically on weight training excercises mixed with a good dose of plyometrics, which are two good places to start when looking to build the foundation of a good vertical jump program.

Customizable: 6- The program is set up one way and you are basically stuck with that way, unless you want to alter the program yourself.

Flexibility: 7- You must commit quite a bit of time each week to training in order to do this entire program. Some people may have trouble fitting it into their life.

Guarantees: 9- The Science of Jumping offers good guarantees to those who are unhappy with their purchase of the program or the results they see after using it.

Customer Service: 10- There was a good customer service system in place here that answered all our question well, with responses that were so quick it even suprised us.

Affordability: 8- The program is pretty affordable for the whole package, and is even cheaper if you choose to just purchase either The Science of Jumping or Strength Training for Jumpers.

Value: 6- There are simply better options for your money than The Science of Jumping and Strength Training for Jumpers. I would recommend looking into more modern programs if you are going to spend anywhere from $30-$50 on a vertical jump program.

Price: $35.99

Overall Score: 8.3

Results: 7- The Jump Mentor vertical jump program produces noticable results, and you will make gains.  However, we found that their claims of an inch per week were a little steep from the results actually received.

Amount of Content: 8- There is a decent amount of content in this program, enough to get you on the right path if you are new to vertical jump training.  This is a particularily good program for those who are inexperienced in vertical jump training.

Quality of Content: 7- Although Jump Mentor contains some good fundamental information, it doesn't compete with some of the higher end vertical jump programs as far as cutting edge vertical jump training goes.

Workouts/Exercises: 8- The workouts and exercises in Jump Mentor are pretty basic, but they provide a good base for those looking at getting into vertical jump training for the first time.  It isn't anything revolutionary, but it will get you on a good path to start increasing your vertical leap.

Customizable: 8- This program does a pretty good job of allow users to customize it to their own needs as far as vertical jump training goes, but we think there is definitely room for improvement.

Flexibility: 9- This program won't take up all of your free time, making it a good program if you are relatively busy and can't fit a more extensive vertical jump training regimine into your scheudle.

Guarantees: 9- Jump Mentor does offer a good 100% money back guarantee to its users.  If you don't like the program you receive or the results you see from its use, feel free to return it for a full money refund.

Customer Service: 9- We had no problem with receiving good support from the Jump Mentor customer service team.  They answered all of our questions fully and very in depth.

Affordability: 10- At less than forty dollars purchase price, this is one of the more affordable vertical jump programs on the market

User Rating: 7- From the user data we were able to collect, the overall consensus was that Jump Mentor worked to gain a couple of inches, but fell short of many peoples experiences with other verical jump programs.

Bionic Plyometrics!

Price: $19.95

Overall Score- 7.7

Results/Effectiveness: 7- The plyometrics program itself works relatively well for athletes who already have a good strength foundation, but results were far less impressive in athletes who lacked the basic leg strength needed to reap all the benefits of plyometric exercise.

Amount of Content: 4- There isn't a whole lot of content within the ebook aside from the workout program itself.

Quality of Content: 7- The content that is there is actually okay, especially their information regarding plyometrics and the science behind the exercises.

Workouts/Exercises: 8- Not too bad here, the offer a good variety of plyometric exercises to keep your legs guessing and building explosive strength.

Customizable: 6- There aren't a whole lot of ways for one to customize Bionic Plyometrics to fit their own personal workout needs.

Flexibility: 7- It can become a lot, but for the most part we think that a dedicated athlete should be able to fit the program into their routine.

Guarantees: 10- There is a full money back guarantee for anyone who isn't satisfied with the results seen from the program.

Customer Service: 9- The people at the Bionic Plyometrics have a good customer service system set up, quick and personal responses were sent to all of our emails.

Affordability: 10- For just about $20, this program is very affordable to say the least.

Value: 9- Even though it isn't the greatest program out there, for $20 and the average results seen, it still remains a pretty good value if you would like to try it out.

Price: $27.00

Overall Score- 6.2

Results/Effectiveness: 5- The results that users saw from using the Go Up Strong program were sometimes very impressive, other times almost nonexistent. It seemed almost a 50-50 toss up as to which is was, which is why we couldn't give it a higher rating.

Amount of Content: 4- There truthfully not a whole lot of information that comes with the program, aside from the program itself.

Quality of Content: 6- The content is okay but more or less outdated, compared to a lot of the other vertical jump programs on the market.

Workouts/Exercises: 5- Nothing overly special here, a basic vertical jump program. We failed to see anything that set it apart from other programs.

Customizable: 3- There aren't a whole lot of different ways to spin this program in your own personal favor.

Flexibility: 4- Go Up Strong is what it is, although it isn't overly hard to fit into your schedule, there just isn't a lot of flexibility, the program is straight forward and bland.

Guarantees: 10- They do offer a good refund policy, claiming that if Go Up Strong doesn't increase your vertical in a "massive" way they will refund your money in whole.

Customer Service: 8- Not too bad here, although responses could have definitely come a lot more quickly than they actually did.

Affordability: 10- Any program under $30 will always receive a perfect score in the affordability category.

Value: 7- For the price it isn't the worst, but we would highly recommend choosing a different program in the same price range that has a better track record of producing consistent results.

Price: $39.95

Overall Score- 6.8

Results/Effectiveness: 7- Power Plyometrics is an older vertical jump program that focuses much of its efforts into plyometrics exercises. Results are still pretty decent, probably because plyometric exercise is one of the core staples of vertical jump training.

Amount of Content: 5- There isn't a whole lot of original content in this program, just the program and some basics of vertical jump training and plyometric exercise.

Quality of Content: 6- Power Plyometrics covers the topic of plyometric exercise pretty well, but at the same time they miss a lot of the other essentials that are present in other top notch vertical jump programs.

Workouts/Exercises: 6- Like we said early, there is good plyometric variety in Power Plyos, but they miss out on many of the other important aspects of vertical jump training that lead to optimal results.

Customizable: 7- There are some slight variations you can try out, but for the most part you will be stuck with the original program in the format it is already set up in.

Flexibility: 6- Because of how basic the program is there isn't much flexibility to how you do it, but one bright side is that it can quite easily be fit into a very busy schedule/lifestyle.

Guarantees: 10- Power Plyos offers a 100% money back guarantee for an UNLIMITED amount of time following the purchase of their program. That is almost an unbeatable deal right there.

Customer Service: 9- They definitely do not drop the ball with their customer service, we were quite impressed with the speed and quality of their responses to our emails.

Affordability: 7- The program is pretty expensive for the quality you are getting. We highly recommend looking into other options in the same price range.

Value: 5- With the high price and subpar quality of the program, we just can't give this program a good grade in the value for your money department.

Price: $20.00

Overall Score- 6

Results/Effectiveness: 6- Air Alert is probably one of the most well known programs ever created, due to the fact that it arguably started the age of the "vertical jump program". With that being said, a lot of its contents are outdated and highly improved upon by more recent and advanced programs.

Amount of Content: 3- You don't get a whole lot with the Air Alert program, it is basically made so that you get it, read the instructions, and get going on your workouts as soon as possible.

Quality of Content: 4- Like we said before the quality of Air Alert has been far surpassed by many of the more modern vertical jump programs.

Workouts/Exercises: 5- Pretty basic fundamental strength and muscle conditioning exercises aimed to increase vertical jump.

Customizable: 5- There aren't a whole lot of ways to mold the program to your personal satisfaction, it is very straight forward and "set" in its ways.

Flexibility: 7- There isn't a lot of flexibility within the program, but it still receives a decent score due to the fact that it can easily be fit into most peoples lives and daily schedules.

Guarantees: 8- Air Alert doesn't offer the high end guarantees that a lot of the new "ebook" version vertical jump programs do.

Customer Service: 9- The customer service program is pretty good, but we couldn't help but notice that there isn't a lot of personal touch added to a lot of the responses we received back. This is presumably due to the high volume of inquiries they more than likely receive being one of the most purchased vertical leap programs of all time.

Affordability: 8- They lowered the price from some of their older programs to $20, making the program far more affordable than it had been in the past. However they do try to make you feel the need to purchase multiple "add-ons" to the program in order to get what they would call the most effective experience.

Value: 5- Rather than spend your money on the program and all of those add-ons we would highly suggest researching other vertical leap programs and choosing a higher quality one that will likely increase your vertical jump by far more.
