Price: The Science of Jumping costs $29.99 and Strength Training for Jumpers costs $19.99

Overall Score- 7.7

Results/Effectiveness: 7- The Science of Jumping vertical jump training program has been around for quite a while, and it still remains a good way to increase vertical leap. It is an especially good program for athletes who still need to improve their overall strength before they focus specifically on increasing their vertical jump.

Amount of Content: 8- There is a lot of content here, especially if you go ahead and purchase the video package instead of just the book.

Quality of Content: 9- Its called The Science of Jumping for a reason, it was one of the very first programs to take a professional level approach to breaking down the science that lies inside the human body and use that to specifically enhance vertical leap.

Workouts/Exercises: 7.5- The Science of Jumping focuses specifically on weight training excercises mixed with a good dose of plyometrics, which are two good places to start when looking to build the foundation of a good vertical jump program.

Customizable: 6- The program is set up one way and you are basically stuck with that way, unless you want to alter the program yourself.

Flexibility: 7- You must commit quite a bit of time each week to training in order to do this entire program. Some people may have trouble fitting it into their life.

Guarantees: 9- The Science of Jumping offers good guarantees to those who are unhappy with their purchase of the program or the results they see after using it.

Customer Service: 10- There was a good customer service system in place here that answered all our question well, with responses that were so quick it even suprised us.

Affordability: 8- The program is pretty affordable for the whole package, and is even cheaper if you choose to just purchase either The Science of Jumping or Strength Training for Jumpers.

Value: 6- There are simply better options for your money than The Science of Jumping and Strength Training for Jumpers. I would recommend looking into more modern programs if you are going to spend anywhere from $30-$50 on a vertical jump program.
