Notes: The Air Alert vertical jump program was one of the first successful vertical jump programs available to the general public. It was years ahead of it's time back in the day, and it was of the most successful jumping programs of all time. However, Air Alert is past it's prime, and is thought to have many faults. For one, there is speculation out there that Air Alert is not safe for your legs due to the amount of reps that are performed in some of the exercises. That alone is one reason to be cautious of this program. Also, Air Alert has been known to give very inconsistent results to it's user. Some people can do it for just a few weeks and gain 8-10 inches while others can go for months and see very little improvement. The problem is that there seems to be more people see little to no results, while a very small portion of the athletes get lucky and take well to the program.
Overall, Air Alert is at best an introductory vertical jump program for someone who has never done any past training. It does a decent job of preparing you for more advanced programs, but probably not the best job.
